Free shipping across India. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. All prices shown on respan.in are MRP, inclusive of all taxes. There are no delivery charges, handling fees or hidden costs - the price you see is the price you pay. We currently ship within India only and do not accept international orders.

Processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates. Metro cities: 2-4 business days. Rest of India: 4-7 business days. Remote, North-East and island territories: 7-10 business days. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed and sent by SMS on dispatch. If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, email support@respan.in with your order number.

Failed delivery. Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. After three failed attempts, or if the address proves incorrect or unreachable, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery needed because of an incorrect or incomplete address given at checkout may be chargeable.

Check the package before you accept it. If the outer packaging is crushed, wet, open, or the tamper-evident seal is broken, please refuse the delivery and tell us the same day at support@respan.in. If you have already accepted it, photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 7 days - see our Return and Refund Policy.

Storage. All RESPAN products are shelf-stable at room temperature and require no cold chain. On arrival, store as printed on the pack - typically in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and out of the reach of children.

Country of origin. All RESPAN products are made in India.
