1. About us. This website is operated by AIVOSYS HealthTech Private Limited, CIN U86909TS2026PTC221168, Hyderabad ("RESPAN", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India.

2. Acceptance. By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Products. We sell cosmetic skincare products for external use only. They are governed by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made under it. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. Product information on this site is general information and is not medical advice.

5. Pricing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where the product is unavailable, the pricing was erroneous, or we suspect fraud. A contract forms only when we dispatch the goods.

7. Compliance. No product is offered for sale on this site until it carries the declarations required of a cosmetic sold in India, including the manufacturer's name and address, net quantity, ingredient list and country of origin.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site - text, images, logos, the RESPAN name and marks - is our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
